GPT-5 and Claude 4 now available
We have significantly expanded our model list with the new GPT-5 series and two powerful Claude models.

- Claude 4 Opus the most powerful model in the whole platform
💡 New: for some models you can now activate the Reasoning option. With this, you make the model think longer for deeper, more informed answers.

Smart Posts: repetitive content without the hassle
In Postmaster Smart Posts, you can now create recurring events. Think of a monthly blog promotion, a weekly tip or an annual seasonal promotion.
- Add the event
- Tick “Create repeating”
- Determine rhythm, start date and number of repetitions (max. 10)
- Let AI generate your content and schedule automatically

Flexible approval flow: you decide who approves
The approval flow in Postmaster is now fully configurable. You no longer work with fixed roles such as ‘User’ or ‘Admin’, but compile your own list of approvers.

Web scrapping + machine translation
Scraping web pages and instantly translating the content into a language of your choice is now possible directly in Postmaster.

My Transcripts: all neatly kept
Transcriptions from Teams and audio files are now automatically saved in ‘My Transcriptions’. You can easily reuse or edit them.

Spellchecker: you choose what you want to see
The spellchecker now offers three views:
- Differences in words
- Differences in characters

Admins can now add users themselves with a one-time login link. Useful for new colleagues or temporary collaborations.
